Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Plant Maintenance Worker, your tasks will include:

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
• Emptying trash cans and waste containers.
• Making adjustments and performing minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. For major repairs, you will coordinate with external contractors or tradespersons.
• Performing minor repairs on appliances and machinery.
• Conducting regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure work environment.
• Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks like painting and drywall repairs.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and other high-traffic areas to maintain hygiene.
• Working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
